Every product we sell carries the official Spatium manufacturer warranty — and because we are the official Thailand distributor, your claim is handled right here, by us, in Thai or English. No overseas shipping, no language barrier, no chasing a foreign webshop.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship — seams, valves, drop-stitch core, pedal drive, and included accessories.

What is not covered

Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification, and cosmetic marks that do not affect performance.

Message us on LINE @spatiumthai or call +66 922 540 866 with your order number and a few photos of the issue. We assess every claim ourselves and repair or replace as appropriate — you deal with people here, not a ticket queue abroad.
